Killiechronan House

A traditional country house full of charm and character.

The front door and small Outer Hall leads to an Inner Hall and Stairs up to the First Floor. The Sitting Room and Dining Room lead off this Hall. Before the Stairs is a corridor running the length of the House. Right to coats, WC and Laundry, and Left to a small office, further door to Dining Room and Pantry with Cook's Bedroom and Kitchen beyond.

Sitting Room:

Arranged around an open fire with sofas , arm chairs, stools and fire-side seat . It is traditionally decorated to a high standard and a large bay window gives views across the lawn to the mountains beyond and the sea. There is a music centre with numerous CDs. Beyond this is the Games Room.

Games Room:

This is bigger than the sitting room with Table Tennis, TV/DVD with sofa and chairs, well stocked bookcase, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, numerous games, puzzles and toys for all ages.

Laundry Room, Shower Room and WC.

There is a Washing Machine, tumble Dryer, small sink, drying rack, ironing board etc. shower room has been added next door and the WC is adjacent.

Dining Room:

The dining room table seats 12/14. There is a smaller secondary table in the bay window and a large sideboard at the head of the table. There is also a drinks cupboard and small hotplate area.


Desk and chair with telephone and WIFI link.
Dining Room Pantry. Contains all china, mugs, glass and silver for the dining room, together with dishwasher, sinks, kettle and usual items. There is also a wine rack, drinks fridge, coolers, etc.


At the end of the corridor with 4 door AGA, gas hob/oven, sink and all usual utensils plus preparation island with stools. Also a breakfast table in the window with a toaster, secondary set of china, glass, plus second dish washer. Kitchen units contain all usual items. There is a kitchen pantry beyond with fridge, chest freezer, bread maker, further sinks and shelf space. Drying pulleys hang in the high roof area.

Centrally Heated throughout.

D├ęcor. The House is tastefully furnished in traditional Lodge style with full carpeting, fine curtains, rugs, paintings and furniture throughout.
